New developments are on the horizon for the Jersey Shore. KPA has been hard at work for the last couple of months renovating the Monmouth Mall shopping center stationed just minutes from the Jersey Shore. Noted as one of Central New Jersey’s leading shopping destinations, the development design looks promising. This past Monday, April 2, 2018, Kenneth Park presented the proposed retail and commercial layout at the first planning board meeting for the new development.
Plans include renovations of existing entrances, retail facade, food court tenant spaces, and common areas. Expect new exterior colors, contemporary and clean design, eye-catching signage, and pedestrian-friendly walkways to elevate the shopping experience.
