Robert Yuricic is a Principal based in Kenneth Park Architect’s New York City office. As a retail and mixed use development professional with over 25 years of industry experience and leadership, Robert has worked on and managed some of the largest retail projects in New York City. His architectural experience is diverse and includes commercial, office, healthcare, education, warehouse and multi-family projects, ranging from 1,000 SF luxury retail boutiques to 2,000,000 SF vertical multi-tenant developments. Robert has significant experience with the NYC Departments of Buildings and City Planning, the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Community Boards, and is familiar with the entitlements and ULURP process.
In addition to project management, Robert brings years of executive business leadership to KPA. Prior to joining KPA, Robert was an Associate Principal at GreenbergFarrow, an international architecture and engineering firm. There, Robert co-founded the New York City office and was responsible for various facets of management, such as day to day operations, business development, as well as project and client management.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology and is a licensed Architect in New York State.
