Diane von Furstenberg has officially arrived on Long Island! The new DVF boutique at the Americana Manhasset, with architecture by yours truly, opened on July 1st, in time for the Fourth of July holiday weekend. The space, at 1,400 SF, juxtaposes a minimal white interior space with bright shocks of color and bold iconic prints. A vintage Murano glass chandelier hangs centrally in the space. The designer, as President of the CFDA, is the leading ambassador for American fashion.
