A month or so ago, we revealed that buzzy plus-size retailer Eloquii was testing its brick and mortar expansion by opening a pop-up shop in Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, located in the Washington DC metropolitan area. KPA was brought on by the e-commerce player to translate the brand identity as it had existed online into a physical space. The pop-up is a sophisticated contemporary space, with bleached oak and black metal frame displays. In a nod to the brand’s URL roots, tablets are available for customers to shop the web store and digital screens dot the space, highlighting the robust and loyal community, known as #XOQ, that Eloquii has fostered. The pop-up will last for three months only, so get in and check it out before it’s too late!
