KEN PARK, AIA
Founding Principal
Kenneth Park is the founder & chief architect of Kenneth Park Architects. He leads our team of professionals in our New York, Los Angeles and San Antonio offices. He has dedicated his career specializing in retail and commercial development design for national and international clients, building long-standing relationships and a strong reputation as a design leader.
With an unprecedented track record for delivering top quality design and delivery services and a commitment to building upon KPA’s expertise and success, Ken Park has established himself as a leading voice and enduring influence in the industry.
In 1989, Ken founded Kenneth Park Architects, headquartered in New York City, providing design and delivery services and industry expertise to top retail brands and developers across North America.
ROBERT YURICIC, RA
PRINCIPAL
Robert Yuricic is a Principal based in KPA’s New York City office. As a retail and mixed-use development professional with over 30 years of experience, Robert has managed some of the largest projects in New York City and across the nation. His diverse architectural experience makes him a top resource for the KPA team. As a leader in helping clients with the complex process of entitlements, feasibility studies, due diligence, jurisdictional and building code requirements, Robert’s ability to troubleshoot and identify potential issues has helped numerous clients avoid timely and expensive project challenges.
PAOLO BERTOLOTTI
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
With over 25 years of experience as a Designer and Architect, Paolo is passionate about design and how it can solve problems, tell a story, and transform experiences.
With this skill set he has been able to lead Gensler’s team in standardizing Bancomer’s facilities in Mexico, created digital art for BR Guest restaurants and win competitions like the Hearst permanent exhibit, judged by Sir Norman Foster, and the Master Plan for a new 2,400 acre city in Dhaka.
Prior to joining KPA, Paolo was an Associate with Gensler, designer with Peter Marino, team leader at Rafael Vinoly Architects and a co-founder of bbcreative, a concept design consultancy that was the creative force behind many retail, architectural, physical & digital projects around New York City and the world.

ASSOCIATE, DIRECTOR OF PROJECTS
With over 18 years of experience, Sonny is an architectural professional with experience working on a wide variety of projects – commercial and mixed-use, major shopping center renovations, as well as fast-paced interior fit-outs for retail store programs. His penchant for problem-solving and establishing a collaborative partnership with his clients makes him a valuable project management leader for the KPA team. Sonny is excellent at influencing program and project efficiencies, cost-saving strategies, and innovative architectural design solutions.
CHRISTINE FIORELLA, NCIDQ
DIRECTOR OF DESIGN
As Director of Design, Christine leads the creation and development of new design concepts for notable retail brands. With an extensive background in designing retail spaces, her understanding of the customer journey, identifying unique brand experience attributes, as well as creating visual merchandising strategies that support a brands’s mission, Christine brings creative design solutions to KPA’s practice and the clients she serves.
Christine’s dedication for product research, materiality and sourcing allow her to bring expertise to clients that are looking for innovative FF&E and sustainable design solutions. She has built and maintaned relationships with numerous materials, fiinishes, fixture & display, lighting and equipment vendors, suppliers and manufacturers. Christine plays an integral part in all phases of the design process to ensure that design intent is kept intact throughout development and final project delivery.
CHRISTOPHER BEEN, RA
MANAGING DIRECTOR
As a registered Architect with over 15 years of experience leading a variety of retail projects (ground-up, renovations and expansions) in challenging jurisdictions across the U.S., Chris is an effective Project Director and architectural professional for the KPA Retail team. His commitment and dedication to collaborating with brands, his unmatched attention to detail and quality assurance, ability to establish lines of communication and program processes, as well as his ability to help clients create accurate and concise prototype documents positions Chris to execute successful project outcomes for the clients he serves.
In leading relationships with top retailers and brands, Chris seeks to not only develop architectural design solutions and process efficiencies for clients, but embodies a genuine desire to understand their brand, their business and their challenges. He has a natural ability to oversee and coordinate account efforts at the general prototype level and at the site-specific level, as well as a passion for providing innovative architectural solutions. Chris inspires confidence in his clients and colleagues through demonstrated expertise in program and project management, retail industry knowledge and design management expertise.

ASSOCIATE, OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Ed joined Kenneth Park Architects in 2000 and oversees many diverse needs of the firm such as accounting, human resources, benefits, facilities & IT. In collaboration with Ken, Ed established a dynamic culture that attracts & retains top talent within the industry. Ed enjoys the fast-paced work environment, his autonomy, and diverse responsibilities. He takes pride in the talented staff at KPA & maintains an open door policy.
