Kenneth Park Architects lead the renovation of this nine story historical building, located in Downtown Brooklyn. Built in 1906, this building originally functioned as loft storage, and today it has been repurposed as office space geared toward the tech sector. The main lobby includes a historical photo of the original building as a nod to it’s past. In addition to renovating the interior, KPA also revitalized the exterior with a new skin and windows.
