This recently completed Retail and Office project located at 715 Lexington Ave. consists of a core and shell renovation of the cellar through third floors with a new rooftop penthouse addition. 

The ground floor is dedicated to retail while the large open floor areas on the second and third floors will function as office space.  As an amenity for the offices, the new rooftop penthouse with open air patio provides beautiful views of the city.
