Blue Back Square is a mixed-use development located in West Hartford, Connecticut. Anchored by a select mix of national retailers, the 20 acre, $250 million S-Square is an entertainment, commercial, and residential hub for the town and surrounding area, with over 250,000 SF of retail, 150,000 SF of office space, 60 multifamily residential units and structured parking.
