Monmouth Mall is a well-known local landmark and retail destination located in Monmouth, New Jersey. KPA partnered with Brookfield Properties to create a new design strategy featuring a modern upgrade of the shopping center’s interior spaces, exterior facade, common areas, entrances, restrooms and food hall.

The goal of the design repositioning was to appeal to the location’s frequent consumers, while modernizing and elevating the overall experience to attract new shoppers and best-in-class retailers.
