KPA completed an extensive renovation of both the interiors and exteriors of Westfield South Shore to help reposition and strengthen the shopping center as a premier destination on New York’s Long Island. On the outer facade, a dynamic sculptural awning, reminiscent of a billowing sail at full mast, highlights the entrance and pays homage to the area’s proximity to the Atlantic and Long Island’s fantastic beaches.

A brand new Macy’s anchors the center, while a complete renovation of the common areas, dining court, bathrooms, and family-centric amenities create a modern and sophisticated experience. The mall remained operational during construction.
