176 Bowery

About This Project

Located on the corner of Bowery and Kenmare in SoHo, 176 Bowery is a mixed-use residential and commercial building. KPA is currently retained by Thor Equities to renovate the three story building, with scope including architectural design of the exterior facade and a new rooftop, renovation of the existing commercial space, as well as interior design of the residential units. Clad in a dark-colored brick, the newly renovated building is aesthetically uniform, with maximized ground floor retail. The uppermost two floors house residential units, designed with exposed brick walls, an open floor plan and floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light.
