About This Project

The 3,000sf AAPE store in New York City is located on Bleecker Street in “NoHo” – a location that is fast becoming a retail hub for emerging pop culture brands. As the new sub-label of BAPE (A Bathing Ape), AAPE has expanded its presence from Asia to North America. This immersive experience playfully integrates the signature brand “camo” pattern and in-store digital content to highlight the visual merchandising of this popular streetwear brand. The store design emphasizes the often-coveted product collaborations and unique offerings that make AAPE a notable brand in the “hypebeast” culture.
