About This Project

Park Tower at 425 Lexington Avenue is a proposed skyscraper concept in New York, NY. The designated space is 36 floors and 230,887 SF. The construction program features a Class A office space and sub-cellar to second-floor retail space. The purpose of the redevelopment project is to acquire and develop new office space by utilizing the new as-of-right zoning scheme for the Special Midtown District, by providing transit improvements to pre-identified Transit Improvement Zones and acquiring air rights from existing Landmarked buildings.
