Lululemon of 520 Broadway is a Soho-based 3-floor retail space and yoga studio. The yoga-inspired athletic apparel brand collaborated with Kenneth Park Architects to create a versatile studio and shopping space for the public. 

The project highlighted the deep history and appreciation of SoHo’s architecture. Considering that the space was landmarked by New York City, the goal was to meld old and new ideas without compromising the areas height, landscaping, and memorability or unique features.
