Senior Design Manager | interiors

Kate is an Interior Designer at KPA’s New York City office. At KPA, Kate is responsible for a variety of projects, ranging from premium outlets to flagships for clients such as Clarins, Donald J Pliner, Lacoste, Citizen Watch Company and Tourneau.

Kate approaches design from a global perspective and brings a nuanced understanding of cultural differences from her life experiences in diverse geographies such as Incheon, South Korea; Vancouver, Canada and Manhattan, New York. Kate is involved in all phases of interior design, from branding and concept design to material selections and furnishing. Kate possesses expert drawing, rendering and model building skills. She is adept at both the conceptual and technical aspects of design and carries each idea from concept to execution.

Although her focus is on retail prototype design at KPA, she also has experience in corporate interiors and high-end residential projects. She started her professional career as an intern at KPA in 2007 before joining the team as a full-time Interior Designer in 2013. Kate holds a BFA in Interior Design from the New York School of Interior Design.
