Ken Yap is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at Kenneth Park Architects (KPA). With a strong foundation in architectural design and project delivery, he plays a pivotal role in managing complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with client vision. 

For almost a decade Ken’s leadership, collaborative approach and deep understanding of placemaking, retail strategy, and architectural innovation, hallmarks of KPA’s award-winning portfolio, have allowed him to successfully deliver immersive brand-driven flagship stores and experiential spaces for brands across North America and internationally including Citizen Watch, J.Crew, Diptyque, and Hugo Boss.
