KPA was retained by L3 Capital to redevelop an extensive portion of the firm’s holdings along N 6th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. KPA provided architectural services for a series of buildings, with the goal of modernizing the exterior facade and maximizing ground floor retail space. Of these larger holdings, 120 N 6th Street is the first project to be completed. 

As Executive Architects, KPA designed a new storefront and roof deck for commercial and office use by the tenant. Specifically, we provided structural and utility upgrades after a total interior demolition, in addition to installation of new elevators, stairs and an ADA compliant ramp. Keep an eye out for our logo on the construction sites along this street!
