KPA was hired by Vornado Realty Trust to perform masterplan services with the goal of reinvigorating Penn Plaza’s identity as a global retail destination and transportation hub. 

KPA provided recommendations for repositioning commercial retail spaces as well as pedestrian and vehicular circulation. Studies included major renovations of existing buildings, additions, and new ground-up construction.
