Kenneth Park Architects worked with Seritage Growth Properties in the repositioning of approximately 220,000 SF in the conversion of a former Sears. The building has been converted into a multi-tenant building, containing a mix of uses including retail, entertainment, restaurant and offices.

KPA provided space planning, merchandising plans, renderings and a master signage plan. Various core and shell services were provided from SD through CA phases for Dave and Busters, Lazy Dog, Dick’s Sporting Goods, industrious and future tenants.
