Kenneth Park Architects worked with Seritage Growth Properties in the redevelopment of this property formerly occupied by Sears. The existing two story building was demolished and the property was redesigned to accommodate two multi-tenant buildings and four free standing pads. 

KPA provided services varying from core and shell to full turn key for tenants such as Homesense, Sierra Trading, CityMD, ULTA, Sports Clips, David’s Bridal and future tenants.
