Liberty Harbor is a massive 86 acre mixed-use development located on the Hudson River and consists of 1.2 million SF of retail, 4 million SF of offices and 6,000 multi-family residential units. 

KPA’s roles for the project were Retail Master Planner & Architect as well as Project Architect on high-rise mixed-use components.
