Sherman Plaza is a mixed-use development located in Washington Heights. The proposed 23-story building will include approximately 350 residential units along with ground floor retail. 

KPA was hired to prepare studies and required technical drawings for submission to the Department of City Planning for the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) application.
