Kenneth Park Architects worked with Seritage Growth Properties in the repositioning of approximately 242,000 SF in the conversion of a former Sears.

The building has been converted into a multi-tenant building, containing a mix of uses including entertainment, restaurant and wholesale club.

KPA provided space planning, merchandising plans and renderings. Various core and shell services were provided from SD through CA phases for Dave and Busters, Yard House, and BJ’s Wholesale Club.
